Liner, membrane produce – Butyl, EPDM, PVC

“MB Holding” Ltd in 2015th started to produce a liners, membranes for water and other fluid storage. Each membrane is produced on order, by precise dimentions and specification. From  2016 th we offer a PVC membranes as well. Can be used to store various fluids. All the membranes can be used for tank refurbishment, for existing concrete or steel tanks. 

In production process we use three types of materials:

Butyl – mainly used for potable water storage.  Flexible, robust material with excellent wear, damage resistance and durability. 100% UV protection. Quick and easy installation, easy to fix.  Material retains its properties -30°C to +40°C.

• Lifetime 15+ years

EPDM – fire fighting water, rain water waste water etc., storage. Flexible, robust material with excellent wear, damage resistance and durability. 100% UV protection. Quick and easy installation, easy to fix.  Material retains its properties -40°C to +40°C. 

• Lifetime 15+ years

PVC – a wide application range – potable water, diesel, chlorine, fire fighting water, etc. fluids. Standard material thickness is 0.74mm and weight 900g/m2. The material retains its properties -30°C to + 70°C.

These materials have an outstanding lifetime and they are highly resistant to weather impact. Molecular structure provides protection over a long period of time, even when exposed to the atmosphere, sunlight, UV direct impact. Strength and elasticity remains constant over many years.
